Hugo Boss Fragrances

Hugo Boss fragrances are well known within the fragrance community. At this time the woman’s Hugo boss fragrances that are available are Hugo XX ‘Eau de Parfum’, Hugo XX, Hugo Deep Red, Hugo Woman and Hugo Pure Purple.

The Hugo XX Eau de Parfum and the Hugo XX has been branded by Hugo with the catch line harmony is overrated, intensity is not. This particular selection of Hugo boss fragrances contains rich fruity floral, plus hints of jasmine and rose and a base of sensual musk and amber.

Hugo might be on to a winner here. Upon looking at reviews of this fragrance, it received five stars out of five on a constant basis. For any fragrance that is hard to obtain. Some the comments were ‘great smell’,’ I would recommend this to a friend’ and ‘my boyfriend loves it and people ask me all the time what it is that I’m wearing’.

When it comes to Hugo boss fragrances this is high praise indeed.

Next is the Hugo Deep Red fragrance. This particular fragrance of the Hugo boss fragrances has been coined as being another sweet but lovely fragrance. It has a bit of a leathery undertone which makes it a nice fragrance when you want something a little more formal or for evening use.

If you’re looking for something that seems to suit the teenage crowd more consider the Hugo boss fragrances called Hugo Pure Purple. The fruity and floral scent seems to suit while at any time and is a nice into where during the day. It is not an overpowering scent of more subtle undertone.

In the men’s line of Hugo boss fragrances, you’ll find the following scents available: Hugo Man, Hugo Element, Hugo XY, Hugo Dark Blue and Hugo Energize.

In the men’s Hugo boss fragrances, Hugo Man seems to be their flagship product.  Hugo combines the smells from green apple, grapefruit and basil as the first impressions. Then they combined aromatic notes of sage and jasmine giving it a bit of a spicy character. They complete this fragrance with the undertones of fur balsam, cedar wood and patchouli.

Unfortunately when it comes to Hugo boss fragrances, Hugo element hasn’t lived up to the Hugo name as well as other fragrances. It does have its following but it’s been coined as being a bit of a blasé scent.

Fortunately though the scent Hugo XY has been very well since release in 2007. It’s been quoted as being a light pleasant and mostly non-synthetic scent. It’s fruity notes on top or clean and light and much like Hugo Man it shares the base of cedar and patchouli.

Hugo dark purple has been a mainstream men’s fragrance for some time with them. This pretty much tells you that it’s been a long time winner for Hugo.

Wrapping up this review on Hugo boss fragrances is the men’s fragrance called Hugo Energize. This one really is a mixed bag. Some of really enjoyed this fragrance and others not at all. This would be one that you would have to sample at your local store before you decide to purchase.

Hugo boss fragrances make a great gift within fragrance gift sets so I highly recommend them for your friends and family could enjoy the Hugo boss line.
